An open-plan design with french windows overlooking the sea provides the house with some of the most spectacular views in Scotland. In front is a large decking area equipped with wooden garden furniture offering the perfect setting to enjoy this scenery. A modern black and white theme runs throughout the interior with smooth charcoal coloured floor tiles covering the entire ground floor.


 

                     

 


 

The kitchen is fully fitted to the newest standards with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. A utility room with washer is located next to the kitchen. There is an oil-fired central heating system with an additional solid fuel and wood burning stove in the living room area. An initial supply of wood is provided and heating and electricity are included.  In addition to this spacious living area on the ground floor there is also a bathroom with wet room and toilet.

 


 

                                          

 


 

On the first floor are two double bedrooms with Velux windows and blackout blinds to the back of the house and dormer windows facing the sea. Bed linen and towels are provided. First thing in the morning sitting up in bed, you can see the sun rise over the hills on the other side of Gruinard bay. A sofabed on the landing provides sleeping accomodation for two guests and there is a cot and high chair available on request.  On this floor there is also a second toilet.
